Also known as flow yoga with its roots in Hatha yoga. It is the yoga of flow and movement also known by activating the cardiovascular system. Vinyasa Yoga is the best type of yoga for people that are active and like movement but also for those that have a more sedentary life style as it promotes a body movement and stress relief.  

You will be guided through the different positions (asanas) an will have the opportunity to be adjusted on the spot so that you can adapt the positions to your unique body. 

Whether you have done yoga before or not, you are welcome to join the virtual studio where you can do your practice from the comfort of your home.

You will receive the Zoom link to join the class after your booking. All you need is your mat and any prop you may feel that can support you on your practice (blocks or books, straps or belts, blankets etc).
