What our students say

My child attends yoga every Friday and says, "Yoga is fun. I love yoga. It helps me to feel calmness. Lizandra is kind and I like the cat." Lizandra really gets down to the child's level. Each lesson takes the children on an adventure which helps them to understand the emotions that they experience as well as teaching them different yoga positions.

Fantastic small yoga studio with a skilled and committed yoga teacher. Adjusts the level according to the participants and good layout of the sessions. Highly recommended! Perfect when you can join in and pay for individual occasions or run entire semesters.
Caroline Swänsten
Comfortable and cozy studio with a very professional and warm welcome. Responsive and knowledgeable yoga teacher with a strong commitment who guides us through yoga and makes you enjoy every second! Varying yoga sessions with regard to each individual level both in the studio and online. And the opportunity to see the class recording several times during the week and continue to learn from it. Lizandra records the instructions and herself, each class. And last but not least, the opportunity to learn and help body and mind to become stronger, at their own pace, guided by knowledge and humility. If you are thinking of starting that journey, I highly recommend starting here!

I have participated in both adult yoga and mama yoga classes and can recommend them both. Mommy yoga is really good when you meet two days a week, which gives continuity in the training. I quickly felt stronger and more flexible and the stubborn back pain has completely disappeared! In addition, the occasions are a good opportunity for the babies to spend time with other babies. Adult yoga is also really good. The sessions are always well thought out and varied. It is fun and rewarding to be constantly challenged in new ways. In addition to the body feeling good, it has been really nice to take part in breathing exercises and the calm that comes after yoga. Lizandra is very good and maintains a high level of quality in her classes. I can highly recommend both mama yoga and adult yoga!

Wow! The yoga is amazing! A small cozy place for comfortable relaxation and exercise in everyday life. I've been on mama yoga. It's perfect to get to workout with your baby.  Lizandra, who has yoga, is very capable and does varied and challenging workouts.

A perfect activity for a birthday party! Our 11-year-old daughter and her friends were super happy with the whole yoga experience and also the good sugar-free snacks. Lizandra took great care of the children and created a happy and cozy atmosphere throughout the party. We highly recommend Log In Yoga!
The camp was really well planned. We were amazed by the amount of things they got to experience during the days. Our almost-six-year old loved the camp and not only had fun experiences to remember the week by, but also great mindfulness tools to use when starting school. We will definitely attend again if there are camps other years. Couldn’t recommend it more!

My son loved it! Lizandra ‘teaches’ both in English and Swedish, so all kids were included. Learning about nature, walks to the forest, play, yoga and a good lunch too 😊 Highly recommend!

En mysig vecka för min dotter där hon fick mycket att fundera över. Lugnet är något hon verkligen behöver så det var fantastiskt att hon fick lära sig olika sätt att varva ner.

Benefits of Yoga

“Rapidly emerging in the Western world as a discipline for integrating the mind and body into union and harmony, when adopted as a way of life, yoga improves physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health.

(…) Yoga, a form of mind-body exercise, has become an increasingly widespread therapy used to maintain wellness, and alleviate a range of health problems and ailments. Yoga should be considered as a complementary therapy or alternative method for medical therapy in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders as it has been shown to create a greater sense of well-being, increase feelings of relaxation, improve self-confidence and body image, improve efficiency, better interpersonal relationships, increase attentiveness, lower irritability, and encourage an optimistic outlook on life.

(…) While no concrete guidelines exist regarding the frequency of practice, the more you practice the more you benefit. Yoga is a personalized practice and as such, frequency and duration are personal questions with individual answers. Practice should happen with wisdom and should be modified to meet individual needs and goals. Individuals should practice as often as possible, especially in the beginning. The length of the induction phase will vary depending on an individual’s initial level of fitness and health status; the more difficult yoga is for someone in the beginning the more their body needs it.

(…) There exists an indisputable connection between a person’s overall physical and mental health and the inner peace and well-being yoga is designed to achieve. Yoga suspends the fluctuations of the mind and by acting consciously, we live better and suffer less.”
